Common Ground Scorecard for Jerry Moran
U.S. Senate
Jerry Moran (KS - R)
Jerry Moran is a low-key senator who generally favors a limited role for the federal government balanced with the needs of his Kansas constituents. A self-described conservative, Moran says he tries not to be overly partisan as he rails against big government that has created a massive national debt. He blames both parties for the mess. Moran worked as a small town banker and lawyer before running for state Senate in 1988.
