Dutch Ruppersberger (MD-2 - D)
Representing a district he calls the “cybersecurity capital of the world,” Dutch Ruppersberger has made protecting the nation from foreign threats a hallmark of his nearly two decades in Congress. He deactivated his Facebook and Instagram accounts in late 2021, saying the websites needed to do more protect children, public health and democratic values. After working as a law clerk and assistant state’s attorney for eight years, Ruppersberger was appointed to the Baltimore County Council in 1985.
