Danielle Hawk began her commitment to service after high school, traveling to Central America to participate in a year-long program supporting impoverished and orphaned children. After graduating from college, she worked at various faith-based nonprofits organizing community service events like youth tutoring opportunities, housing projects, and food distribution programs. As an administrator in higher education, Danielle has advocated for scholarship funding to be distributed equitably and co-organized the North Central Florida March for Reproductive Freedom and Justice.
