Chris Stewart (UT-2 - R)
Chris Stewart is a fervent conservative; he is a member of the Republican Study Committee and chair of the Anti-Socialism Caucus. He says the federal government is too dominant in Americans’ lives, and his rhetoric and votes in Congress are directed toward reducing federal spending, taxes, and regulation. Stewart was a pilot in the Air Force and also served as the president and chief executive officer of a consulting company named the Shipley Group. Stewart is a prolific author and began writing books during the 1990s.
