Carol Miller describes herself as a “wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner, and bison farmer.” In those positions, she has made it clear that she intends to advocate on behalf of natural gas and her state’s coal industries. Her husband, Matt Miller, owns the Dutch Miller Auto Group and the family purchased Swann Ridge Bison Farm in 1994.
