Daniel Cameron (KY - R)
Daniel Cameron currently serves as the 51st Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky—the first African American ever elected independently to statewide office. A proud Kentuckian, Cameron grew up in Elizabethtown and attended the University of Louisville for undergrad and law school. As Legal Counsel to Senator Mitch McConnell, he helped with the confirmation processes of several federal judges, including President Trump’s first Supreme Court Justice, Neil Gorsuch.
