LaShonda “L.J.” Holloway began her Federal service career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington D.C. Upon completion of law school, Holloway went on to work on Capitol Hill for Congresswoman Carrie Meek and also served as a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Fellow. She returned to the EPA as a political appointee and formed an ad hoc organization called NO FEAR, which established the No-FEAR Act in the 107th Congress signed by president Bush to protect whistleblowers.
