Cory Mills was born in Winter Haven, Florida. Mills served in the U.S. Army. He earned an A.A. in liberal arts and studies from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2005 and a B.S. in health sciences from American Military University in 2010. Mills’ career experience includes co-founding and co-owning ALS Less-Lethal Systems, Inc. and PACEM Defense LLC. He has served as a board member of Real Safe 911.
