Juan Pagan is a cancer survivor and published author in the Write Treatment Writing Workshops for Cancer Survivors at Mt. Sinai Hospital. He worked at the Federal Reserve selling certificates and bonds and has owned his own small business. Pagan has political experience serving as Manhattan Representative with the NYC Department of Education’s Citywide Council on High Schools.
