Neil Parrott is a small business owner currently serving his third term as a State Delegate in Maryland’s General Assembly. Before starting his own business and entering public service, Parrott worked as a traffic engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration. If elected, he will protect American freedoms, lower taxes, promote pro-parent policies, improve transportation, and make America strong.
