Joaquin Castro (TX-20 - D)
He’s perhaps best known as the twin brother of former presidential candidate Julián Castro, but the congressman from San Antonio has spent the past few years making a name for himself. He graduated from Stanford and Harvard Law, then entered politics, joining the Texas state legislature in 2002.
