Common Ground Scorecard for Rob Wittman
U.S. House
Rob Wittman (VA-1 - R)
With the Quantico Marine Corps base and a naval installation at Dahlgren in his district, Rob Wittman naturally pays close attention to defense policy on Capitol Hill. With degrees in biology and public health, Wittman worked for years for local governments and the state of Virginia as an environmental specialist. He was field director for the state Health Department’s Shellfish Sanitation Division. And in his earlier years as a student and just out of college, he was a fisherman on the Chesapeake.
