Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14 - R)
Guy Reschenthaler says his service as a military officer made him open to working across the aisle with Democrats. Reschenthaler, who also served as a Pennsylvania magistrate judge, has often invoked his background when discussing issues including criminal justice, mental health, immigration, and former president Donald Trump’s impeachment. After obtaining his law degree, he served in the Navy’s Judge Advocate General Corps, prosecuting suspected terrorists in the Iraqi Central Criminal Court. Reschenthaler left the Navy in 2012 and then worked as a lawyer in private practice.
