Common Ground Scorecard for Ann Kirkpatrick
U.S. House
Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-2 - D)
[Retiring at end of current term.] Ann Kirkpatrick, who’s served three separate tenures in the House from two very different Arizona congressional districts, developed a reputation of independence she attributes to a childhood in a bipartisan household. Kirkpatrick’s mother came from a Republican ranching family, while her father ran a general store and came from a family of Democratic business owners. She started as a prosecutor in Pima County before joining the Arizona House of Representatives in 2005.
